Rape of 13-year-old: detention imposed

The 21-year-old Romanian citizen was arrested – as reported – on Wednesday evening in Gloggnitz (Neunkirchen district). The assault on the student was committed on Sunday night between 12:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. in Wiener Neustadt.

A video had been made by another person who had been identified in the meantime, and this was sent out many times via social media. According to the police, inquiries are still necessary in this context.

Stunned with knockout drops?

Before the rape, the 13-year-old was said to have been given substances in her drink, and there are knockout drops in the room. A rapid drug test was positive. The state police department of Lower Austria recorded that the victim could not remember anything after consuming the liquid.
