Vienna/Split – Rapid can now rely on Lukas Grgic. The 27-year-old switched from Croatian first division club Hajduk Split to Austria’s record champions on Friday and signed a contract that runs until the summer of 2026. It’s a return for the midfielder, having laced his shoes for Ried, WSG Tirol and LASK in the past. In January 2022 he moved to Croatia and made 38 league appearances for Split.
