2023-10-24 20:00:00

For his part, Marco Pelletier, owner of the establishment, said he was shocked and very affected, explaining that he did not want to promote Nazism by selling these wines in his restaurant. “We are talking regarding three bottles out of the 45,000 in our cellar,” defends the restaurateur, emphasizing the encyclopedic nature of the acquisition of these bottles.

”Yes, these 3 bottles correspond to one of the darkest parts of our History, undeniably… This is why these wines are not highlighted to the general public. These wines are only present at the origin of the restaurant menu, a register compiling all the wines stored in our cellar, which is only consulted by the finest connoisseurs and wine enthusiasts”, we can read in an Instagram post from the restaurateur.

These bottles might be sold at golden prices… Between 750 and 980 euros. These wines will be removed from the list according to Marco Pelletier.
