Reaction to Putin’s threat of a “quick response” to those who might interfere in the operations in Ukraine

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Russian President Vladimir Putin sparked an interaction following statements he made in which he threatened those who might interfere in the operations he announced in Ukraine on February 24.

“If someone from abroad intends to interfere in the current events in Ukraine and create unacceptable strategic threats to us, then they should know that our response to these strikes will be swift,” Putin said during a speech to Russian lawmakers.

“We have all the tools needed for that, tools that no one can brag regarding, we will not brag, we will use them if necessary and I want everyone to know this,” he added, without giving further details of the “tools” he was referring to.

“All decisions have been taken in this regard,” he said, pledging to achieve “all the goals of Russia’s special operation” in Ukraine.
