But physical activities are not left out. Regarding the practice of walking, running, swimming, cycling, using exercise machines, sports, yoga and dance, researchers found that people who practiced these activities were at risk dementia lower by 17%.

Social activities

The meta-analysis was a review of 38 studies from around the world involving a total of more than 2 million people who did not have dementia. The participants, followed for at least three years, provided information on their leisure activities through questionnaires or interviews.
