Real estate barometer: on the market, the “Covid madness” is falling

Is the detached house, accompanied by its garden, less of a dream? You might think so if you look at real estate prices on October 1st. While they certainly continue to rise, it is almost half as fast as last year and the gap with apartments is narrowing more and more. As since the start of the pandemic, it is the large agglomerations that are increasing the least for the benefit of rural areas.
