Real-Life Hallmark Channel Couples: From On-Screen Romance to Marriage and Babies

The Hallmark Channel, long celebrated as “where love happens,” is proving that on-screen romances often bloom into real-life relationships, with over a dozen confirmed couples among its actors, including new parents and a recent wedding. These pairings, which include both co-stars and an actress who fell for a behind-the-scenes crew member, highlight the network’s unique role in fostering off-screen connections, though not all have lasted. Just Jared has compiled a list of these real-life couples who found love on and off screen through Hallmark Channel movies.

From Set to Altar: Hallmark Couples Say “I Do”

Several Hallmark actors have transitioned their on-screen chemistry into real-life marriage. Kevin McGarry and Kayla Wallace, who met on the set of When Calls The Heart, became engaged around Christmas in 2022 and confirmed their marriage in September 2024. The couple, who starred together in the Hallmark movies Feeling Butterflies and My Grown-Up Christmas List, announced they were expecting their first child in November 2025 and welcomed their baby on Mother’s Day 2026. Mother. The newest part of me that became the best part of me the second we met. Motherhood has been the greatest joy of my life, Kayla captioned a joint post featuring a photo of their newborn’s tiny fingers wrapped around theirs.

Hunter King and Chris Copier also recently tied the knot. Though they didn’t meet on a Hallmark set—they first crossed paths on the indie film Give Me Your Eyes in early 2022, where she starred and he was the first assistant director—they have since worked together on Hallmark projects, including the upcoming Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story. The couple got engaged in October 2024 and celebrated their legal wedding in February 2026 with a Medieval Times-themed ceremony on Valentine’s Day, followed by an official wedding in Italy in June 2026.

New Arrivals: Hallmark Couples Welcome Babies

The joy of parenthood has come to several Hallmark couples. Erin Krakow and Ben Rosenbaum, who have starred on When Calls the Heart since its 2014 premiere, secretly married in June 2025. The couple announced their first child was on the way in November 2025 and welcomed a baby girl in April 2026. Our precious new family member entered the world in early April. Our daughter has been the greatest gift, and we are loving getting to know her better with each passing day, they told People. They added that their daughter looks like a total combo of the two of us.

Love and Loss: Not All Hallmark Romances Last

While many Hallmark Channel actors have found lasting love, the journey has not been successful for all. Sadly, several couples have since split, including one recently confirmed breakup. The network’s reputation for fostering real-life relationships, however, continues with the more than dozen couples currently part of the Hallmark family.
