Real Madridtop winner of the European Champions League, will receive today Manchester City, considered the best team today, in a semifinal with an early final tinge.
The match will be played from 4:00 p.m. (Argentine time) at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium in the Spanish capital and will be televised by Fox Sports and Star+.
The rematch will be on Wednesday, May 17 at the Etihad stadium in Manchester and the winner will get a ticket to the only final that in this edition will be in Istanbul, Turkey, on June 10.
The other semifinal will be played this Wednesday and will be nothing less than the “Derby della Madonnina” between Milan and Inter.
Real Madrid, newly champion of the Copa del Rey, has been among the top four in Europe in 10 of the last editions and confirmed its status as the dominant team in the competition with 14 titles.
Manchester City, with world champion Julián Álvarez, is considered one of the best teams today and for the third consecutive year will play a Champions League semifinal, its main objective since it was bought by Arab capital in 2008.
The team led by Josep “Pep” Guardiola came close in the 2021 edition but lost the final against Chelsea 1-0.
