After placing him on his list of priorities to compensate for the departure of Frenchman Karim Benzema, Spanish Real Madrid began negotiations to include the star of the England and Tottenham attack, Harry Kane, according to what the Spanish newspaper “Marca” revealed.

The newspaper indicated that Real Madrid had already begun negotiations with both Tottenham and representatives of the second historical scorer of the English Premier League, after confirming the departure of Benzema, amid reports indicating his approach to the Saudi Al-Ittihad club.

It is likely that Tottenham will not give up its historic top scorer for less than 100 million pounds (about 124 million dollars), at a time when Manchester United is seeking to attract him as well, according to Marca.

Real Madrid is trying to persuade Kane to come to Spain and win tournaments that he could not achieve with his London club, despite his amazing numbers over the years in the English championship, while United seeks to lure Kane to stay in England and break the record of Alan Shearer, the historic Premier League scorer.

Kane, 29, has now scored 213 Premier League goals, ahead of only Shearer, who has scored 260 goals.

According to “Marca”, Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti believes that Kane is the best option to lead the royal club’s attack at the present time, in the wake of the departure of Benzema, Eden Hazard, Marco Asenso and the other striker, Mariano Diaz.

According to “Agence France Presse”, Real Madrid is also looking into the possibility of including young German striker Kai Havertz (23 years) from Chelsea, along with young English midfielder Jude Bellingham (19 years), who has expressed his agreement to leave Borussia Dortmund.
