The Brazilian star will not be present in the next four meetings.
Brazilian star Carlos Casemiro received a straight red card during Sunday’s match against Southampton in the 27th round of the English Premier League.
This came in the 34th minute of the match, for the Red Devils to play about an hour into the match, which ended in a goalless draw with one player less than the guests.
The red card is the second direct that Casemiro received in his football career at Manchester United and Real Madrid, and both cards fell to the ranks of the Red Devils.
And in the ranks of Real Madrid, Casemiro received two red cards for seven years as well, but they came by receiving the second yellow card, and not directly.
Casemiro is expected to be suspended for four meetings from participation with Manchester United after the recent expulsion.
