Realme, a subsidiary of Oppo, revealed a new smartphone, Realme 9, which joins the Realme 9 Pro phones, which comes with distinctive specifications and an affordable price.
Realme had already announced the first two phones in the 9 series, the Realme 9 Pro and the Pro + model, and today the company came to announce two other phones: Basic version and SE version.
Realme 9 specifications
Realme decided to launch the new generation of its flagship phones with the same ideas as the previous version, as the phone also comes with a Media Tech processor, which is Dimensity 810, an eight-core processor with a frequency of up to 2.4 GHz and supports the fifth generation 5G connection.
The processor was developed with 6 nano architecture, which means less power consumption and thus saving battery life, and it also includes a Mali-G57 graphics processor.
The phone comes with two options of random memory and internal storage space, 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of internal storage.
Realme 9 has a 6.5-inch LCD screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz, FHD Plus resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) and a 20:9 aspect ratio with a brightness of 600 nits.
The phone comes with a rear camera with three lenses, the primary with a 48-megapixel camera, and it is supported by two macro and 2-megapixel depth lenses.
The front camera in the phone is 16 mega-pixels and includes a fingerprint reader sensor on the side.
The battery here has a capacity of 5000 mAh, and the company says that the phone is able to play video continuously for 22 hours continuously, and recharging is done through a relatively slow charger in 2022, with a capacity of 18 watts.
Realme 9 price
The company said that the phone will be available in black and white, and that it will be launched on the market starting March 14 through the company’s official website and its affiliated stores, but also online.
The average phone will be available first in the Chinese and Indian market, and it will reach the rest of the markets in Europe and the Middle East during the coming period.
Realme 9 prices start at about $200 for the 4/64 GB option, and about $230 for the 6/128 GB option.
