The Realme GT Neo 3 comes in two variants: a standard one that supports 80W charging and an “UltraDart” model with 150W charging support. Both variants come with a 120Hz AMOLED display and Mediatek Dimensity 8100 chipset.

Realme GT Neo 3 features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The GT Neo 3 is powered by the latest Dimensity 8100 chipset from Mediatek. Under the hood, chipsets are paired with 8GB/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The smartphone runs on RealmeUI 3.0 on top of Android 12.
The standard variant of the GT Neo 3 comes with a 5000 mAh battery with 80W charging support. Meanwhile, the UltraDart variant features a 4,500mAh battery and offers 150W onboard charging. The 150W inverter promises to charge the 4,500mAh battery from 0 to 50 percent in just 5 minutes.
Realme GT Neo 3 features a triple rear camera setup that is driven by a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor with OIS. The other two sensors are an 8-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It has a 16-megapixel camera located inside the center hole cut-out on the front.
The smartphone comes in Black, Silver, and Le Mans Blue color options. The GT Neo 3 starts at CNY 1,999 for the 6GB/128GB storage model. Pricing for the 150W UltraDart variant starts at CNY 2,599 and ends at CNY 2,799.
