Rector election at the UdeA is postponed: None reached the minimum votes

In the middle of ordinary session 456, which took place on March 19 by the Higher University Council, the decision was made to postpone the election of the rector of the University of Antioquia.

Likewise, the Council was unable to reach an agreement to elect the rector of the University of Antioquia for the period 2024-2027.

The members of the Higher University Council listened to the proposals of each of the candidates.

In addition, they received feedback on their concerns.
