Morelia, Michoacán (OEM Infomex).- The governor Alfredo Ramirez Bedolla delivered this Thursday to the rector of the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH), Raul Cardenas Navarrothe accreditation opinion of the educational program of Degree as Surgeon and Obstetrician.
The reaccreditation of this program is one of the most recognized at the national level offered by the UMSNH and the only accredited medicine program in Michoacán.
In addition, the Bachelor’s Surgeon and Midwife It has the accreditation of the Interinstitutional Committees for the Evaluation of Higher Education AC (CIEES), and by the Mexican Council for the Accreditation of Medical Education AC (COMAEM).
On Mexico, of the more than 139 Faculties and Schools of Medicine there are only 9 doubly accredited programs and that of the Faculty of Medical and Biological Sciences, is one of them.
The reaccreditation was celebrated in a formal event. At the end, Ramírez Bedolla and the rector unveiled the plaque alluding to the accreditation of the academic program of the aforementioned degree.
