Red Bull Racing has clinched its 96th victory in Formula 1, it is the 25th double victory for the racing team from Milton Keynes, England. RBR hasn’t lost a race after Brazil 2022 and George Russell’s triumph!
The astonishing thing about three double wins in four races: the Mexican Sergio Pérez was ahead twice in the 1-2, in Jeddah and now in Baku.
The lead of world champion and championship leader Max Verstappen on “Checo” is still six points, and Sky GP expert Ralf Schumacher recognizes clouds on the horizon.
The 47-year-old German says about the relationship between the Mexican and the Dutchman: “It’s difficult, and from my point of view it’s clear that the Verstappen side wants a new teammate. I hear these rumors everywhere.”
In May 2022, Pérez received a new two-year contract, so the deal expires in 2024.
