Construction, trade and HoReCa, three sectors of activity which alone account for more than half of bankruptcies. This is not a big surprise, however, when you look at the statistics from previous years. In terms of explanations, salary costs are singled out. And while human talent is essential, it comes at a significant cost. Especially since for many companies the automatic indexation of wages has not helped.

To get out of it, the Horeca sector is calling for a reduction in social security contributions for all establishments equipped with a cash register system which should help the authorities to better fight against VAT fraud in the sector.
