The head of the Free Patriotic Movement continues his recent regional tours, as he visits the Baalbek region today, and will have several stops.
In his first stop, Bassil arrived this morning at the Monastery of Our Lady of Ras Baalbek in the town of Ras Baalbek – Northern Bekaa, to begin his tour of the region, where he was received by the people.
Basil will then travel to the town of Al-Qaa, where he will participate in the Divine Liturgy in the Church of Saint Elias and place a laurel wreath on the monument to the martyrs of Al-Qaa, before arriving at his final stop in the new town – Al-Fakiha, where he is expected to deliver a speech in the presence of the judicial body in Baalbek.
Yesterday, Bassil visited the city of Zahle, where he met: the head of the Popular Bloc, Myriam Skaf, and former Minister Nicolas Fattoush. Basil also had an extensive meeting in the Roman Catholic Archbishopric of Zahle, and another that brought him together with industrialists, merchants, and farmers in the Zahle District.
At the end of Bassil’s tour in Zahle, the Free Patriotic Movement in the city organized a dinner that included a group of supporters and members of the Movement.
