Brazen enough to even use the term lateral thinker as a disparaging instrument in the vocabulary. It has long been known that Corona critics were right with their fears and warnings – it is more than overdue to rehabilitate them.
Karl Lauterbach doesn’t care. Now the German Federal Minister of Health uses the term “lateral thinker” to address his contempt for everyone who opposes the heat action plan he is promoting. On Twitter he writes: “lateral thinkers use every opportunity to incite people. Too many people are dying from the increasing heat waves. That doesn’t bother lateral thinkers.”
He is thus seamlessly continuing his inflammatory course from the Corona period. The SPD colleagues Saskia Esken and Frank-Walter Steinmeier did not hold back with defamation at the time. And they weren’t the only ones: insulting the people has literally run into the blood of some of the established parties. Just recently, Chancellor Olaf Scholz yelled at his critics at an SPD Europe Festival: “If you had any sense in your brains.”
After the election results in Sonneberg, which heave AfD politician Robert Stuhlmann into the office of district administrator, the waves are particularly high. Hysterical and at the same time insultingly arrogant horror at a democratically legitimate decision runs through umpteen left-green Twitter statements.
Self reflection? none.
Back in front of voter bashing: Lauterbach. Ralf Stegner is also at the top. The SPD politician speaks of a “day of shame” and was outraged days before in the Scholz sound: “You don’t vote for the AfD if you have a spark of decency and common sense.”
So do you prefer to choose those who treat you in a condescending and degrading manner?
The turn to the AfD is an indication that one no longer wants to put up with that either.
A large part of the population apparently has nothing against the numerous mob politicians. The leading media also allow them to do so.
