A vaccination obligation lifted, but not yet repealed…

At the end of March, the High Authority for Health ⁽¹⁾ issued a favorable opinion on the lifting of the vaccination obligation against Covid-19 for non-vaccinated caregiverssuspended since September 2021 — while continuing to recommend it… So nothing stands in the way of their reinstatement that the Minister of Health François Braun announced effective upon publication of the decree, scheduled for May 14… And the obligation, for the moment lifted, could even be repealed: a law proposed by the Communist deputies was indeed adopted in the National Assembly, in first reading on May 4, by 157 votes for and 137 against . The proposal nevertheless comes up against opposition from the government, but also from the Fédération Hospitalière de France which, the day after the vote, asked senators to oppose it ⁽²⁾…
