Remember Old, Ready Not Famous

Kadir Srimulat feel how when he faced financial problems. Where when he had a heart attack, Kadir admitted that he immediately lost his job.

5 years he had no job. That’s because he feels no longer able to work as a comedian like before.

Kadir reminded that as a person in the art world, you must be ready to accept regeneration and fading popularity.

“That’s right (ready to be famous, ready to be not famous anymore),” said Kadir to detikcom in a telephone connection.

“You have to be really ready (remember people will get old). You have to be ready,” he said.

Kadir used to look in the mirror at his seniors. When his illness requires a lot of funds, Kadir is grateful that he still has assets that can be sold.

“That was when I looked in the mirror at my former seniors, I am still grateful, thank God, there are assets that can be sold. Don’t let my younger siblings (young artists), my juniors not save,” said Kadir Srimulat.

“Sometimes you are sick, you can’t work, you still have something to sell, don’t be confused,” he continued.

Kadir sold his three houses, a plot of land he owned, and the cars he owned. One of Srimulat’s comedians also reminded him not to rely too much on the world of entertainment.

“Grateful to have a side job other than artists and artists, I see. That’s my message,” said the comedian who is currently building his soto business.

“To my brothers and sisters, we will grow old. Take care of your health, don’t be careless, eat well, never exercise. That was the result of having a heart block,” said Kadir.

Kadir emphasized that investment is very important. These assets will be very helpful when the unexpected happens.
