American actor Matt LeBlanc paid a moving tribute Tuesday to Matthew Perry, discovered dead at his home a few weeks ago.

In the caption of a series of photos taken from episodes of the sitcom “Friends”, the actor shared his emotion at having lost his friend and former colleague.

“It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to you. The times we spent together are honestly the favorites of my entire life,” he wrote in an Instagram post.
“It was an honor to share the stage with you and to be able to call you my friend. I will always have a smile on my face when thinking of you and I will never forget you. Never. Spread your wings and fly my brother, you are finally free. I guess you kept the $20 you owed me…”
Matthew Perry, 54, was discovered dead in his hot tub on October 28. An investigation by the coroner’s office was opened to shed light on the exact circumstances of the death.
