Implementation of the buyback program d’actions
Boulogne-Billancourt, September 6, 2023 –
As part of the implementation of its share buyback program, Renault Group has entrusted an investment services provider (PSI) with a mandate to acquire a maximum number of 700,000 Renault shares, depending on market conditions, over a period starting on September 6, 2023 and which may extend until September 11, 2023.
The shares thus repurchased are intended to cover Renault’s obligations under the employee shareholding plan. Renaulution Shareplan 2023 ».
The description of the share buyback program, as authorized by the General Meeting of May 11, 2023 under the 15th resolution, is detailed on page 542 of the Renault Group 2022 Universal Registration Document.
