“Resident Evil 9: ApocaIXpse – Latest News, Updates and Details Revealed”

2023-05-12 07:40:37

Some of the details that have emerged are consistent with previous news. The title “ApocaIXpse” stood out on the first fan image, as the latest project was rumored to have the developers choose that subtitle. Capcom should weave the Roman numeral “9” into the title.

In ResidentEvil 9 ApocaIXpse, the player will most likely play the role of Chris Redfield, and the story will pick up right following Resident Evil Village. The protagonist will come to the Bioterrorism Counteraction Alliance (BSAA) in Europe. According to sources, this may be the last adventure of this character and the developers do not plan to continue the story of the Winters family.

ResidentEvil 9 ApocaIXpse will be single-player without co-op, with Jill taking on a role similar to Ada from Resident Evil 4 Remake.

The game has been in development for two years and uses some elements from Resident Evil Village and Resident Evil 4 Remake.

The horror also features Claire Redfield, but players will not meet Rebecca Chambers and Barry Burton. The developers will introduce “mythological” opponents, and players will learn regarding the origin of the monsters, which are likely to be another biological experiment. The zombies will also be back.

One of the important themes of the game will be “sacrificing a loved one”, which will be shown at the end.
