From 2023, a letter of resignation must be sent one day earlier in order for the notice period to start the following Monday. Until the end of last year, the rule was that the resignation letter had to be sent by registered mail on Wednesday. From 2023, that will be on Tuesday. Jobat.be explains the new rules.
