I’m going to divorce soon and obviously I manage it quite badly. Serious panic attacks and generalized anxiety.
in agreement with my behaviorist I have just since Thursday raised my dose of paroxetine to one tablet per day (20 Mg) I was at half a day for more than 5 years and everything was fine.
I also took up acupuncture once more.
But the early side effects are horrible.
When will it subside?
tonight I was great even though I had insomnia (full moon tonight and my period too) but zero anxiety attacks. It was so nice to feel better. And this morning: bam they came back. Is it really horrible????
