People in Bien Hoa city (Dong Nai province), discovered the victim suddenly died in a car, regarding 10m from the house.
On February 9, the police of Bien Hoa city (Dong Nai province) were investigating the death of a man in a car, which occurred in Binh Duong neighborhood (Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city).

In the morning of the same day, some people discovered that inside a 7-seat car parked near the roadside, there was a man lying in the driver’s seat, motionless. When he knocked on the door and called many times, the man did not answer, the people informed the local authorities.
Officers arrived at the scene, smashed the glass, opened the car door, and found the man in the car dead.
The victim was identified as Mr. T. (62 years old, local). Mr. T’s car is parked regarding 10m away from the house.
Mr. T. is an Army Colonel, retired 3 years ago.
