“Returns are a nuisance, for everyone”

Clothing, shoes, sporting goods, CDs, DVDs, records, furniture and garden products: 54 percent of online buyers in Austria returned these goods more often in the past twelve months – at least for some orders. This is the result of a survey conducted by the Institute for Trade, Sales and Marketing (IHaM) at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz among 1026 respondents.
