Revealing the menu to help Phan Nhu Thao lose 22kg

Losing more than 20kg after more than 1 year, Phan Nhu Thao quickly regained her slim body and youthful face, surprising the audience.

The rich wife of Duc An wrote: “What do we eat in the morning! It’s a day of eating a lot of Thao.

I don’t eat according to the menu but eat whatever I like, eat 1 small piece and 1 only because I don’t like preparing and cooking at home, so I don’t have anything to eat when I go out, as long as I don’t feel hungry anymore. Every time you eat, chew slowly so that your brain thinks you have chewed too much.

In the morning at 6:30, I drank a large glass of filtered water, taking sips slowly.

10:30 I ate 2 chopsticks (picked up 2 times) dried mango salad with choke fish.

At 12pm, I eat 1 cup of small spinach soup, size 1-2 cups, and eat normal rice (only eat vegetable leaves, don’t drink broth).

At 2pm, I drink 1 cup of hot coffee latte without sugar (using oat milk, not fresh milk) + 1 cup of yogurt and 1 tiramisu cake, after I leave it in front of me for 1 hour, then take it home and store it in the fridge, maybe tomorrow my husband I’ll eat it for you, but I can’t eat it just by looking at it.

At 5pm, I ate 1 piece of steamed fish the size of 2 fingers + 1 can of beer (this can’t be given up because drinking with my husband makes my husband happy, but I am also happy).
