“I regret having worked so much, not for the sake of working, but because when you do so much you neglect your family. That cost me, possibly my marriage, and cost me a lot of time with my daughters; repairing that was not easy. Finding the balance between work and personal life is very difficult. (…) But they are all stages, if I had not done what I did I would not be here, life is like that. (…) I would have worked a ‘little’ less,” said Jorge.

It should be noted that this Rausch has opened more than twelve restaurants in his career, including Criterion, a place that has won the award of being considered the best restaurant in Colombia; in addition to being included in prestigious international lists such as Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants.
