There is surprising news from the big family of Nagita Slavina, Mother. Not long ago, Nagita’s mother, Rieta Amaliafiled a divorce suit against the husband.
Rieta’s divorce suit against Basuki Widjaja has been registered at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA). This has also been confirmed directly by Taslimah, as the Public Relations official of the South Jakarta Religious Court.
“As far as we know in the available data, the full names are Rieta Amalia Beta and the defendant Basuki Wijaya,” said Taslimah, quoted from detik.com on Wednesday (6/4/2022).
According to the information given by Taslimah, the divorce suit was registered at the end of March 2022. For the registration of the divorce suit, Raffi Ahmad’s mother-in-law registered it through a lawyer.
“The registration date has been dated March 22, but the registration date is March 23. Through a legal representative, it is registered with the South Jakarta Religious Court clerk,” said Taslimah.
Regarding when the trial will be held, the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court has not been able to provide further information. This is because the South Jakarta Religious Court is still at the stage of determining the panel of judges before determining the first divorce trial.
“It has just been reported that the name has been reported. However, the trial process has not yet been announced because it is still at the stage of determining the panel of judges,” explained Taslimah.
For information, Rieta Amalia was previously married to Gideon Tengker in 1985. In the wedding, they were blessed with three children, namely Rio Tengker, Nagita Slavina, and Alsi Mega Marsha Tengker.
However, Rieta Amalia and Gideon Tengker’s household only lasted until 2013. Then, in 2017, Rieta Amalia married again and started a household with Basuki Widjaja Kusuma.
