2023-08-02 07:45:20

Ring 0 near Waterloo, towards Brussels, will experience two weekends of total closure. This closure is the most impactful point of the two-month construction site planned by SOFICO.

The first two weekends of August are concerned: from Friday August 4 at 10 p.m. to Monday August 7 at 4 a.m., between the Genappe and Groenendael interchanges. And from Friday August 11 at 10 p.m. to Monday August 14 at 4 a.m. between the Lillois/Braine-l’Alleud and Waterloo interchanges (Drève Richelle).

This work, spanning a total of two months, aims to provide better road safety. In addition to the resurfacing, access number 25 Butte du Lion to the ring will be refurbished and a third will be fitted out shortly following Mont-Saint-Jean to ensure safety during exchanges between the different axes.
