Riyadh Zoo: Temporary Closure and Renovation Updates

2023-12-27 08:16:26

RIYADH- Riyadh Zoo is closed for maintenance work. The Saudi Wildlife Conservation Center said it will be closed indefinitely from today (Wednesday) and will reopen when repairs are completed.
The zoo, which has around 1,300 different species of 190 species, opened two months ago following completing renovations as part of the Riyadh season. Admission was free. An opportunity to feed the elephants and giraffes was also provided. But some parts were not open due to renovation work. This is where the work is progressing now.
