Artist Lesti Kejora policed her husband Rizky Billar in a case of domestic violence (KDRT). In the report, the trigger for domestic violence was initiated by an argument over the issue of Rizky Billar cheating, until finally Lesti was slammed in the bathroom.
The domestic violence report against Lesti Kejora was contained in a report numbered LP/B/2348/IX/2022/SPKT/South Jakarta Metro Police on Wednesday (28/9) at 22:27 WIB. The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Endra Zulpan said the domestic violence incident occurred on Wednesday (28/9) at 01.51 WIB at their residence in Cilandak, South Jakarta.
“It started with Lesti’s victim knowing that her husband, Rizky Billar, was cheating behind his back,” Zulpan said as quoted from Detik news, Thursday (29/9/2022).
The dispute between the two heated up. Lesti Kejora then asked to be sent back to her parents’ house.
Lesti Kejora’s request sparked Rizky Billar’s anger. Rizky Billar then committed a number of violence to his wife Lesti.
“When the victim asked to be sent back to his parents’ house, he was reported to be emotional and tried to push the victim and slam the victim into the bed,” Zulpan explained.
“The reported strangled the victim so that the victim fell to the floor and this was done repeatedly,” he added.
Zulpan said that Rizky Billar was suspected of repeating domestic violence on Wednesday (28/9) at 09.47 WIB. Rizky Billar pulled Lesti Kejora to the bathroom floor.
“The reported person tried to pull the victim’s hand towards the bathroom and threw the victim on the floor and over and over again,” said Zulpan.
Lesti Kejora then reported the case to the South Jakarta Metro Police on Wednesday (28/9) night. Rizky Billar was reported for alleged violation of Article 44 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence.

The police have been investigating Lesti Kejora’s report against her husband Rizky Billar. Lesti attached proof of visa.
“The proof of the post-mortem is that we always have a post-mortem for domestic violence. Then he was examined last night,” said Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Police, AKP Nurma.
