tarapaca. 3/20/2023. The candidate for constitutional advisor of the Communist Party on the “Unity for Chile” list for the Tarapacá Region, Roberto Flavio Cortez Rojas (D-14) delivered statements on the constitutional process that the country is experiencing and its implications.

Cortez, professor and cultural manager, born and raised in Iquique, “land of champions”, was exiled to Canada during the civil-military dictatorship, returning to Chile at the end of the 80s to his hometown to promote the cultural area in the newspaper El Pampino, since then has been related to the world of art, being a professor at different universities and technical centers in the country.
