Rockfall in Oman; Five deaths

Preliminary reports say five people have been killed in a rock fall in Ibri, Oman. The bomber struck shortly following noon in front of a police recruiting center in the western part of the city. The accident happened on Saturday night. The Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority said five people had been rescued from the wreckage of the collapsed parachute.

Residents say many are still trapped. The search and rescue teams in Dahira Governorate are leading the fight for them. According to locals, regarding 55 workers were employed in the area.
