After GTA V which has been sold more than 185 million times in 12 years, it was clearly time for Rockstar to make a move. Especially when we remember the massive game data leak last year due to hackers. Various images and videos had circulated and had made it possible to understand some important elements of the sixth opus including:
The protagonists: they will be a woman “Lucia” and a man “Jason”, clearly inspired by Bonnie and Clyde. The location: we would find ourselves in a modernized Vice City (Miami), because leaked images showed the city’s subway trains. Temporality: the game would take place in our time.
Obviously, this information should still be taken with a pinch of salt. It’s unclear if Rockstar decided to change some elements of the leaked images.
