The candidate spoke of prioritizing Internet access for communities that do not have it, so that it becomes a right in the “digitization” of the country. For this, he explained that it is necessary to evaluate the cost to carry out this initiative, and if it is the case, finance it with international companies, because “we pay advances that are never reversed”, in this way he spoke of looking for the forms of contracting that according to he does work.
He also emphasized the quality of the Internet that the country needs to facilitate remote work that has adapted to society after the arrival of covid-19.
