– The season is over. What is the feedback from players and viewers?
– I think this is one of the most successful seasons in the history of the league. A total of 39 matches were played, and there was everything from defeats to unexpected victories and defeats. I am glad that there were talented young people who helped organize the competition, most of the matches were captured in photos, practically all of them were filmed. The matches of the leading teams attracted crowds of spectators, the weaker ones somewhat less, but there were no matches without spectators. So, basketball and district competitions are still very interesting for the people of Rokiškis.
– How would you rate this season?
– I rate the season well. Maybe a strong nine. All matches were refereed by referees from their district, there were better matches, there were worse matches, and no championship is complete without that. We know how to improve and grow, which is extremely valuable for our young judges. Financially, we would like a more stable situation, next year we will also try to attract sponsors so that we do not burden the teams with the entry fee, we would like to include at least 1-2 more teams.
