It’s a historic program that will end at the start of the school year in September on RTL, because it has been ringing in the ears of listeners for almost 20 years. According to our colleagues from PureMedia, the station decided to end it as a daily version and transfer it to Sunday mornings. The hearings in regular decline, are at the origin of this modification in order to revitalize its morning.
This historic program is therefore “Indulge” which every day between 9 and 9.30 a.m. covered all the cultural news. But attentive listeners had noticed that the show had already been cut in recent months by 15 minutes and only started at 9:15 a.m., officially due to current events.
But in fact, the audience figures were already beginning to worry management. Indeed, “Let yourself be tempted” attracted on average, according to Médiamétrie, 1,371,000 listeners each morning between January and March 2022, a very honorable figure, but the program lost nearly 140,000 listeners in one wave and 42,000 in a year.
