Ruling party leads Kazakhstan parliamentary elections with 53 percent – Kazakhstan

Astana/Almaty – The early parliamentary elections in central Asian Kazakhstan passed without major incidents. 54.19 percent of the approximately 12 million eligible voters exercised their right to vote on Sunday in the ex-Soviet republic bordering on Russia and China.
