Microsoft kicked off the year 2023 with an event of its own called Xbox Developer Direct, during which Hi-Fi Rush was both announced and released at the same time. And it looks like they might do something similar this year too. Several well-known insiders on social media say they’ve heard rumors regarding a showcase happening next week, or at the very least this month.
It’s reasonable to assume that Microsoft would like to confirm some dates for 2024 so that Xbox gamers know what to expect – and when. This would likely include presentations of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II and Towerborne (some people are already speculating that we might also be treated to another stealth release).
