Russia has launched a criminal case once morest judges and prosecutors of the International Criminal Court (ICC), which issued an arrest warrant for President Putin.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation pointed out that the prosecution of Russian citizens by the ICC, which is not a member of Russia, is illegal and there is no basis for prosecution.
