Russia still likely to attack Ukraine: Joe Biden

Washington DC | Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that a group of troops stationed on the Ukrainian border has withdrawn, but the United States has not ruled out the possibility of an attack. U.S. President Joe Biden has said that Russia is still likely to invade Ukraine. No attempt is made for a direct confrontation with Russia. However he acknowledged that their numbers were not enough to defeat Ukraine or its citizens.
Biden expressed doubts regarding Russia’s intentions and warned that in the event of a war, the world would be mobilized.

Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said he is ready to discuss missile deployment and military transparency as tensions remain high. But Putin says he will not back down from his decision not to include former Soviet countries.
