Deputy head of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Timur Ivanov lived in a house worth a billion rubles in the high-end cottage village “Razdory-2”. This was reported by the Shot telegram channel. Presumably, it was in the house on the Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway that Ivanov lived permanently.

“It is this house that appears in the file as the address of Ivanov’s actual residence. The owner of the cottage, according to Shot, is registered in the land register under the name Russian Federation, ”reports the Shot telegram channel.

The village “Razdory-2”, where the house is located, is located five kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. Residential buildings there are built in the English style from expensive bricks, Shot reports. The three-story house with an area of 1,000 square meters, in which Ivanov allegedly lived, sits on a 34-acre plot of land. Inside there are four bedrooms, five bathrooms, three living rooms, a fireplace, a cinema, a track with a barbecue area and an open veranda. Additionally, there is a guest house on the property, according to Shot.

Ivanov was arrested in his office on the evening of April 23. He is accused of having received a bribe on a particularly large scale. According to TASS, its amount can be more than a billion rubles. Ivanova placed in police custody until June 23, and its accounts and real estate have been arrested. Along with him, Sergei Borodin and Alexander Fomin are the defendants in this case.
