The Ukrainian army today reported Russian drone strikes on the southern Odessa region. Most of the Shahed-136 drones were destroyed, said the head of the Odessa military administration, Yuriy Kruk, via Telegram.

According to the first findings, there were no dead or injured in the night attacks, but a public building was hit. In addition, the drone attacks caused several fires.

The Ukrainian army said in its daily briefing today that it shot down ten enemy drones the day before. These were two Orlan-10 and Supercam spy drones and eight Shahed-136 and Lancet combat drones.

The Shahed drones are manufactured in Iran and can carry between 35 and 50 kilograms of explosives. The Russian army regularly uses these drones in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian army also reported four rocket attacks and 60 airstrikes by Russia today. Several civilians were injured.
