The Russian group “West” repelled six attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) during the advance in the Kupyansk direction. This was announced by an officer of the press center of the group, Yaroslav Yakimin.

“We continued the offensive in the area of ​​​​the settlement in Olshana (Kupyansk direction – approx. URA.RU). The enemy launched six counterattacks in the areas of the settlements of Petropavlovka (LPR – approx. URA.RU) and Novoselovka (DPR – approx. URA.RU). <…> The losses of the enemy amounted to more than 40 military personnel, ”said Yaroslav Yakimin, his words are quoted by RIA Novosti. He noted that 13 strikes were inflicted on the tactical reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Two American M109 Paladin installations were also destroyed.
