The channel explained that the decision issued by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs “means that, starting from next June 1, there will be a stricter limit on the number of people that Germany can send to Russia or employ there, whether in its Russian embassy or in institutions active in the fields of culture and education.”
The channel quoted the German newspaper “Südwische Zeitung” as describing this step as “a diplomatic declaration of war by Moscow.”
