The child, Tymofii Bychko, was rescued by emergency services in front of his father. Tymofii is still wearing his Spider-Man pajamas, as can be seen in the pictures.
Tymofii’s grandmother (68) also died in the rocket attack on his home, authorities said. Father Ohle Bychko could only watch as his son was wrapped in a black sack. Ohle managed to pull his younger son and his wife out of the rubble after the impact – but he was no longer able to reach Tymofii, as the DailyMail reports. More than 20 people were also injured in the attack.
Already on Thursday died in a village in the Kharkiv region According to authorities, more than 50 people were killed in a Russian missile strike, the most consequential in more than a year. The attack hit, among other things, a grocery store.
