Consultations A day of exchange and reflection with Moroccans living abroad (MRE) on the new national industrial strategy 2030 was organized on Friday in Rabat, at the initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME).
The aim being to enrich the national industrial strategy project by providing new ideas, to define a monitoring framework for the continued involvement of MREs and to reflect on an indicator of the attractiveness of talents in the field. of industry in Morocco.
Indeed, this consultation meeting aims to involve Moroccans around the world in the different phases of deployment of the new industrial strategy, including in the aspect of international promotion of the opportunities that it will offer to foreign investments. Speaking on this occasion, the Minister of Industry and Commerce, Ryad Mezzour, underlined the importance of this meeting in accordance with the royal speech of August 20, 2022 which calls for greater involvement of the Moroccan community abroad in the various projects. and significantly strengthen their contribution to the country’s development process.
And to add that the proposals received as part of this day of exchange will constitute major assets to enrich the content of the new national industrial strategy for 2030.
