On December 7, 2023, passengers on a Ryanair flight to Morocco saw their plane turn around following an hour of flight because of a group of passengers who sowed discord on board. These passengers “verbally attacked the staff and consumed drugs” inside the plane, police explain. The pilot then made the decision to return to Stansted Airport.
